Dating from 1876 to 1988, this collection of more than 1,400 Declaratory Resolutions documents the opening, vacation, condemnation, widening, relocation or other actions related to public rights-of-way for streets, alleys, utilities and City projects. The resolutions often include a formal resolution from the Board of Public Works, a map, legal description, petition from property owners and other documentation related to the request before the Board.
